Company secretarial
Regardless of the form of business you chose, you must have a Company Secretary, whose job is to ensure that the business complies with business legislation and regulations, and to keep directors/ or members informed of their legal responsibilities. A business must have a registered office address, to which official correspondence and notices are sent.
